Build your growth system in two months, alongside a cohort.

Each cohort is dated, admission is a read of your company, your workstreams are the modules, and the way out is set before you begin.

Cohort 1 starts on 10 December 2026. Nothing is invoiced before your place is confirmed.

How the programme runs

You know on day one when you start
and when you graduate.

A place is a dated window, not an open subscription, and its way out leads to capital.

  1. ApplyYour name, your company and its organisation number, by 3 December for cohort 1.
  2. AdmissionA register read, then one fit call, and the decision is recorded.
  3. Intro courseDay one, 10 December 2026: the course that sets up your system.
  4. Weekly sessionsEach week the cohort takes one workstream, or Finance, from presentation to practice.
  5. GraduationNo more than two months after the start, with your system running.
  6. Market OSYour record carries on in Market OS, where capital can read it.

Why it matters. You plan against fixed dates, and so do we: each cohort is admitted, reviewed and graduated together.

What is true today. Cohort 1 is the first, and its places are being reserved now. Parts of the workspace are still being connected; your place offer says which run from day one.

What it is worth. You leave with a growth system that keeps running, not a dependency on us.

The curriculum

Your growth system's workstreams are the programme's curriculum.

An intro course sets up your system; then the cohort takes the eight workstreams and Finance in turn, each through a presentation and a working session on your own company.

What happens next. We read your company, and if it fits, one call, then a place offer with the programme terms.

Your data. Ren Vekst AS, trading as Kollide, holds it as controller to take steps towards a contract with you. It is stored in the EU, read by a person and never by AI, used for admission (and for our notes only if you tick the box), and deleted a year after you apply if you do not join. Ask to see, correct or delete it at espen@kollide.eu.

How is this different from Kollide Accelerator?

Kollide Accelerator is paid by a warrant, settled only when you raise. Scale OS is a programme you pay a fee for, building your own growth system, and it ends when you graduate.

What does a place cost?

One programme fee per place, on founding terms for the first cohorts. You pay nothing until your place is confirmed.

What does graduation mean?

Your place ends when the cohort graduates, no more than two months after it starts. You can then keep the system on a direct subscription, and Market OS keeps your record.

Who runs the work, and where does our data live?

Your team decides each step in Kollide, and the platform behind Scale OS carries it out. Your company owns its data, and the programme terms name every processor and where each one stores it.

What is in the intro course?

How the system and the cohort work, and where your company starts. Every weekly session after it is worked on your own company.

Can we leave early?

Your place runs for the cohort's two months at most. The terms for leaving earlier come with your place offer, before you commit to anything.

How many places does cohort 1 have?

Each cohort takes the companies the register read and the fit call admit. We do not publish a fixed number of places.

Do I need an account to apply?

No. The form is all it takes. Your workspace is created only once you hold a place.
