The three lanes
They ship in order, and they run in parallel.
The free grade, the cold dossier, grant routing. Software and research, no licence required.
Filtering, not advice. A curated, professional-only introduction — nothing transaction-contingent.
The licensed market for offers ≤ €5M under folkefinansieringsloven (ECSPR), in force in Norway from 1 August 2026. One licence passports EEA-wide.
A licence-free lane means regulatory availability, not that everything in it is switched on. Where a surface is counsel-gated, it degrades to whatever the securities-counsel opinion allows — and it stays off until then.
The hard boundaries
What Kollide will not do, in any phase.
- No pooling of capital into a Kollide vehicle.
- No continuous secondary trading — windows only, if and when permitted.
- No tokenization, in any form.
- No equity fees inside the market entity. Where equity is earned at all, it is earned only in the builder entities — disclosed, recused from the grade, and quarantined there.
- Where an introduction occurs, it is professional-only and it is filtering, not advice. Nothing is transaction-contingent.
Residency & governance
Hosted in the EU. AI is on its way there.
Your data is hosted in the EU by architecture, not by a setting you have to find. AI processing is not there yet: it runs at our model provider, outside the EU, until EU-resident inference is in place — and Investor OS keeps its AI switched off until then. The grade resolves every score back to its source. Even the typefaces on this site are served from our own origin — no visitor request leaves for a third party.

The licensed activity — under folkefinansieringsloven / ECSPR, in force in Norway from 1 August 2026 — requires an authorisation we do not hold. Until we hold it we operate only in the licence-free lane, and we say so on every surface.
