Concept OSaKOLLIDEOS

Idea · Concept · Before the company

One idea, developed properly — and it stays yours.

A single idea through eight steps to a ruling you can act on, with the direction locked in the middle — on evidence, not before it.

Nothing you write is shared until you say so — not with an investor, a studio, or us.

What actually stops it

You commit in week one. The rest of the year only agrees.

You have one idea and a few ways it could go. Nothing makes the evidence come first, so the choice is made in week one and everything after only supports it. When someone asks what you tested, there is nothing to hand over.

  • The orderThe direction is chosen first, so everything found afterwards can only defend it.
  • The recordThe work stays in your head and a deck, so nothing survives to be checked.
  • The rulingNothing is allowed to say stop, so a wrong direction runs until the money does.

None of this is a discipline problem. Nothing in the way the work is ordered puts the evidence before the choice — so the order is the thing that has to change.

What it is

One method, eight steps, and the direction is locked in the middle.

Eight steps run as one loop. Four of them build the case the fifth needs before you are allowed to choose.

A ring says the order holds. What it cannot say is what each turn produces — and that is the whole of what you are buying. These eight positions are the universal cycle — see one of them opened up →

Step by step

Every step ends in something the next one needs.

The first four build the case; the fifth commits to one direction; the last three test it, rule on it and hand it on.

  2. Establish the demandThe demand case — is the problem real and felt
  3. Design the conceptThe shortlist — two or three fully specified directions

  1. Lock the direction — the gateOne direction, locked, with its switch condition
  2. Test what must be trueThe closed evidence base
  3. Validate and issue the verdictThe validation verdict and the outward artifacts
  4. Hand over and compoundThe concept package, and the learning written back
The last position of every step writes back to that step, and the eighth writes back to the first — which is the part none of the alternatives has.

Instead of what

The same work, in an order that adds up — and can stop.

Nothing to license, nobody to hire — not yet. This is how it goes instead, and what each way of going costs you.

The marked row is the one nothing on the list volunteers: a course cannot say it, and a consultant who does say it loses the next engagement — so the ruling has to come from a method you ran yourself.

Where it goes

The record leaves to one door — and you are the one who names it.

Concept OS stops at incorporation. What travels is the record, and only to the door you name.

  1. Growth OSThe company exists and the accounts do. Growth OS starts there, and the reading of it begins with them.
  2. An accelerator runThe programme reads the record instead of an application you fill in from nothing.
  3. A parkThe direction, the evidence and the reason it waits — so picking it up is not starting over.
  4. A stopThe refuted premise and the criterion that fired, kept — so the next idea does not repeat it.
  5. StagedSome of each, in an order you set: one door now, another once a condition is met.
Bring us in as co-founder and the studio reads what you wrote — at its own gate, disclosed, and it never re-authors it. That is the conflict answered rather than hidden: the ruling on the concept stays yours.

What you get

You leave holding it in writing — whichever way the verdict goes.

No revenue to model, so no revenue promise. Every one of these is composed from your own answers, and kept.

Direction
The direction lock

It asksThe direction, the assumption under it, the better path if that assumption fails, and what would tell you it did

The record holdsThis assumes [premise]; if that is wrong the better path is [alternative]; you would know because [switch].

Specimen
Verdict
The verdict

It asksWhich ruling you issue, and what decides it — in criteria terms, never as a number

The record holdsThe ruling and its reason, on the record, whichever way it went.

Specimen
Record
The destination

It asksWhich route this has earned — Growth OS, an accelerator run, a park, a stop, or staged

The record holdsThe door you named — and it is the first thing an outside reader sees.

Specimen
Learning
The learning written back

It asksWhat this concept taught, and what the next idea's prior-attempt check should know first

The record holdsThe pattern kept and the premise refuted, read at the first position of the next idea.

Specimen

Counted once. The record carries the direction and the ruling, and is counted for where it can go, never for them again. The learning is banked for your next idea, never this one. And a no is a gain — it is the direction you now have. All four are yours whichever way the verdict goes, which leaves one question: what it costs to run, and who runs it.

The deal

Yours on subscription — or bring us in, and the studio reads it.

Two ways forward, and the difference is what you give up: your own time, or a share of what you build.

Develop it yourself

Subscription · one concept in flight · founding terms, by enquiry

  • Every position of the cycle, and the gate at the fifth
  • The direction lock, composed from your own answers in a fixed form
  • The verdict and its reason, written to the record
  • A record nobody else can open, for as long as you like
Bring us in as co-founder

Ownership · the studio’s terms, on its own page

  • The studio builds the company with you and shows what it keeps
  • A founder who has run this arrives with the work already done
  • It reads the lock, the verdict and the destination at its own gate

Venture Studio OS

What the subscription buys today is the structure of the decision. The method’s working content for each position, and its drafting, arrive with the method base.

What next

Start your concept — the record lands under your own name.

The first position asks where the idea came from and who has tried this pattern before. One idea at a time is the discipline.

An account keeps the record. It travels to the door you choose.

Straight answers

The questions that decide whether to start.

Is the AI writing my concept?

No. Every authoring position asks; you answer in your own words; the direction lock is composed from your answers, in a fixed form, so the record never holds a paraphrase of your most-defended sentence.

Who can read what I write?

Nobody. If you bring us in as co-founder, the studio reads the lock, the verdict and the destination — at its own gate, and it never re-authors them.

What does it cost?

A subscription, one concept in flight. Founding terms, by enquiry: the model is set, the number is not, and it waits on a real founder's read of it.

What if the verdict is stop?

You keep the record — the premise that failed and the criterion that fired. Stopping on evidence is what the seventh step, the verdict, exists for — and it is a result, not a loss.

Do I have to take the studio?

No. Bring us in, take an accelerator run, take it to Growth OS, park it or stop it. The destination is yours to name, and it is the first thing the record says.

What is live, and what is not?

Live: every position, the gate, and the lock, the verdict and the destination written to a record only you can open. The first three steps ask their own questions; the rest ask for yours until theirs are written.
